PRIDE

Each year the celebration of The Pride brings its great atmosphere to many residents and visitors of the city of London. The LGBT community takes to the streets like an explosion of colours, joy and smiles to celebrate with a parade and a massive street parties in Trafalgar Square and Soho their vindication and existence in society. 2013 was the year where the LGBT community celebrated the equal marriage Bill in England and Wales.

These photos are part of an ongoing series and explores the notion of identity in the LGBT community. The community have won a very important spaces in society, moving them from exclusion to spaces where they can visible and be part of society. I'm interested in registering the different situations that happen during the Pride celebration and how people assume different roles during their participation in the event.
